Personal Training
Fast track your fitness results! Working with a Forma Coach is your best way forward! Your coach will help you achieve the results you want with customized programming, nutrition and training advice, encouragement and accountability. Your Personal Training program is flexible, adapted to your schedule.
Forma Fit

Forma Fit is our strength and conditioning group class. These classes will have your heart pumping and muscles working, all while focusing on correct form and technique, to keep our members safe while pursuing fitness.
Each Forma Fit class combines functional movements (movements that we use in our everyday lives) with gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance training to create a fun, fast-paced, kick-a$$ workout.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or competitive weekend warrior.
All of our classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
Legends
Fitness for Legends is specifically designed for people over 55 years old. Our workouts are designed to improve your level of fitness through functional exercises in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The Legends class will help you regain balance, strength, mobility and help you maintain your independence for years to come.

sports team off season training
Attention Coaches: Take advantage of the off season and book a 3 or 6 week training session for your team.
Schedule can accommodate 1 or 2 days per week.
Our sessions primarily focus on:
•Developing core strength
•Improving endurance
•Creating explosive power
•Building overall strength to support your sport
Youth Athletics Program
Our youth classes teach and build upon the foundation of fitness and include squats, jumping push-ups, and other basic-strength and gymnastics exercises.
This environment is one of the best ways to build confidence, community and an appreciation for movement and strength.
Classes meet on Mondays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
